Villa Doliva is a luxurious villa of 7 bedrooms, extended over 400 sq.m. It features a wide, private pool as well as a vivid garden for memorable moments of relaxation and joy. 

It is surrounded by olive trees and it offers absolute privacy and stands less than 8km away from the capital of Zakynthos and it's airport.

Laganas sandy beach is only 10 mins away on foot. The sea turtle Caretta-Caretta swimming in its natural environment is just a breath way!

The living spaces are elegant and bright open-plan places all modern decorated and well equipped. The villa is well air-conditioned for the summer stays but at the same time it offers central heating and 2 fireplaces for our guests in winter. 

The 2 kitchens come with a collection of modern appliances, like Nespresso and French coffee machines, dishwashers, ovens, hob, and microwave. You will be also able to enjoy the high speed Wi-Fi complementary service, the smart TVs with free Netflix and the laundry facilities.

1. Master Bedroom: 1 double bed, 1st floor, en-suite full bathroom with bathtub, air-conditioned, TV, closet and safe box.
2. Master Kingsize Bedroom: 1 king size bed, ground floor, en-suite full bathroom, air-conditioned, TV, closet and safe box.
3. Twin room: 2 single beds, air-conditioned, TV and closet.
4. Double Bedroom: 2 single beds, ground floor, air-conditioned, TV and closet.
5. Master Bedroom: 1 double bed, on the loft, access to loft bathroom, air conditioned.

- The Exterior
The exterior area will be your favorite place with its eco-friendly saltwater pool, the comfortable sunbeds and the wide umbrellas. The outdoor lights for your evening nights, the dining area in the garden and the well made surroundings overall are the perfect scenery for your memories back home. Surrender yourself to the views of the terraces, while enjoying your breakfast or an early drink gazing by the pool as the sun is setting.

*Biological pool cleaning: Based on salt electrolysis, without any chemicals. It re-circulates the pool water every 1.5 hour for safe, fresh and eco-friendly water!

- Who we are
The main house was built in 1999. The new part of it was built in 2019 - 2020 in traditional style with modern touches and details of Zakynthos well-known marble. The Villa was firstly designed as our family’s country house and since 2014 we have been renting our lovely property to our guests. Our primary objective is to make you feel at home. Our purpose is to offer memorable experiences that you will definitely want to keep alive forever in your heart and mind.
